Here, you will find three portfolios:
1. Selection of photographs from my book, "Views of the CN Tower". The book may be purchased at the gift shops of the Art Gallery of Ontario, Toronto International Film Festival, CN Tower, and Spacings Toronto shop. The photographs in this book span the period 2011-2014.
2. Selections of photographs taken in Havana and Cardenas, Cuba. I spent only one day in Havana, December 17, 2014, that happened to be the day of the Big Announcement - the beginning of the restoration of relations between Cuba and the United States of America. Church bells were tolling, people had tears in their eyes, and I had the palpable sense of being a witness to history in the making.
3. Selection of photographs from the book "Grossman"s Tavern, A Portrait". After 3 years of on-location photography, the book was published in November 2016. Focusing on the musicians and patrons of Toronto's legendary Jazz and Blues venue, the book is a photo essay of portraiture with accompanying interviews and stories as told by the subjects . A fascinating visual record of the live music venue that's been around since 1943.
